6.4% - Brewed fresh for Sydney Beer Week with the Pro Am Homebrew crew. We were stoked to brew this style - a classic on the Northern Beaches. We've gone super malt heavy, balanced perfectly with an eye watering amount of yakima chief hops. Best drunk by the pint with mates.

Clean. Helles. Lager.

4.5% A tight, white head on this classic Munich Helles style lager. This is all about the malt backbone and the foam. Brewed again for Oktoberfest. Bready, cracker flavour with just enough german spicy hop flavour and bitterness to balance the malt sweetness. Finishing super dry and super drinkable.

Malty. Earthy. Balanced bitterness.
4.6% We're back to decoction mashing but with a little bit more malt flavour. Nirvana was lagered for three months and combined with the brewing process gives this a depth of flavour of an old world european beer. Less crisp, more of a sipper.

Sweet. Bitter. Refreshing.
5.3% Brewed as part of the Beer Cartel Advent Calendar. We wanted to brew a lager style with a difference. Fair to say there aren't many Dortmunders pouring around Australia and we don't know why. The perfect combo between the malty sweetness of a Munich Helles and the bitterness and drinkability of a German Pilsner. It sits in between with a little bit more booze adding a little bit of that depth of flavour.

Mango. Sour. Mid-Strength.
3.5% The fourth version in our Stay Salty range. A mid-strength gose for summer, this time round we've used heaps of fresh mangos in the boil and during secondary fermentation to give this a nice drinkability with tastes of sweet mango cheeks and a little salt, add in a little zing from the sour and you've got a summer smasher.

5.0% It’s no secret that we love Pilsners, we can’t get enough of the nuanced style. We brewed this german pilsner with traditional and undermodified malts with a touch of rye giving it a little extra level of depth and complexity. For the beer enthusiast with a refined palette. 

Dry. Hoppy. Classic
5.2% There's a time and a place for a hoppy american pale. A classic craft beer style and weirdly our first crack at it for Freshie. Sip and Savour. And repeat.

Clean. Sweet. Japanese Rice Lager. 
A refined, dry, Japanese inspired rice lager.Pale, straw like appearance. Light and delicate, another easy drinking lager for warmer months.

Sweet. Clean. Aussie Cider. 
We looked high and low for a great Cider and it had to be our mates from Batlow to go in cahoots with. They provide the apples from the Batlow farmers and the rest is a little magic. We love supporting Aussie Farmers.
