60 Day Pilsner
Balanced. Refreshing. Pilsner. 4.6% We don’t talk enough that we lager our beers for longer than the average. So we’ve got this tasty classic Pils fresh and soon to be released. Lagered for over 60 days. It’s super clean. Super flavoursome and no corners were cut in the making of this beer.

Stay Salty Mango Sour
Mango. Sour. Mid-Strength.
3.5% The fourth version in our Stay Salty range. A mid-strength gose for summer, this time round we've used heaps of fresh mangos in the boil and during secondary fermentation to give this a nice drinkability with tastes of sweet mango cheeks and a little salt, add in a little zing from the sour and you've got a summer smasher. -
Return to Sender
The sequel to Send It, our limited release unofficial annual collab with a group of our brewer mates. And what do you get when a bunch of brewers go mad with hops? A big, bold flavour that you won't find anywhere else in the country. This is a Pils, but not as you know it.

Driftwood Smoked Helles
Clean. Smoky. Life Changing.
A fresh smoked helles is something to be celebrated. It looks like a lager but there's a depth of flavour from the sweetness of a Helles Lager and the clean dry finish but that Beachwood malt gives it layers of lingering complexity. A beer that will sit with you and call you back for more. -
Smoke Signal. Smoked Stout.
Rich. Chocolate. Smoke.
We've lent into the smoked style this winter with this smoked Stout. The subtle smoke flavours blends perfectly with the richness of the roast and chocolate from this Stout. Released for the Winter Solstice, this is like a barrel aged deliciousness. -
Freshie Pils
Crisp. Thirst Quenching. Rounded.
Freshie’s Signature Pilsner. Uses new world hops Hallertau Blanc and Hull Melon. -
Summer Sour
Tart. Juicy. Refreshing.
This is a Kettle Sour, meaning that the souring occurs through the introduction of Lactobacillus (a certain souring bacteria) in the kettle as opposed to using a souring yeast in the fermentation process. -
Sea Pines IPA
Piney. Stonefruit. Clean
Fermented using Lager yeast at colder temperatures, technically making this a Cold IPA or even a West Coast Pilsner, contributing to a clean, clear backbone allowing the hops to shine. -
California Pale
Citrus. Piney. Spicy.
True Pale Ale. American in style due to American hop strains being used. -
Brookie Black
Creamy. Chocolatey. Fluffy.
Poured using nitrogen giving it its creamy mouthfeel and cascading effect. Recommend to Guiness drinkers. -
Hidden Valley
Crisp. Zesty. Refreshing.
Brewed as a staff brew for Freshie Brewing’s 3rd birthday. Perfect beer to smash while soaking up the rays on those hot days. -
Fresh Tracks
Hoppy. Melon. Passionfruit.
Fresh hops (picked straight from the bine) were used in this beer creating the heightened hop profile and aroma. Our yearly Fresh Hop brew for 2025. -
Duke’s Pils
Biscuity. Rich. Toasty
Uses traditional floor-malted bohemian pilsner malt contributing to notes of biscuit and honey. Uses a decoction mash method to create a deep and rich malt backbone. Saaz is a traditional Czech hop used in most Czech styles.
