Malty. Refreshing. Lager Bier. 4.3% - The simplicity of a Vienna lager. It’s Vienna malts and it’s a lager. Like a balanced artisan sourdough loaf. Simple ingredients but all about the execution. We brewed this in January. Usual long old mash and we’ve got the chemistry right to make this a flavoursome, bold but refreshing lager bier.  

Malty. Earthy. Balanced bitterness.
4.6% We're back to decoction mashing but with a little bit more malt flavour. Nirvana was lagered for three months and combined with the brewing process gives this a depth of flavour of an old world european beer. Less crisp, more of a sipper.

Restrained. West Coast. Pilsner.
4.8% We were lucky enough to get hold of Tchecomalt Czech Pilsner Malt from Cryer Malt and we've combined it with Yakima Chief's Noble Mosaic Hops. The result is a restrained, balanced West Coast Pils.

Balanced. Refreshing. Pilsner. 4.6% We don’t talk enough that we lager our beers for longer than the average. So we’ve got this tasty classic Pils fresh and soon to be released. Lagered for over 60 days. It’s super clean. Super flavoursome and no corners were cut in the making of this beer.   

Smooth. Decadent. Rich Porter. 5.3% Porters used to be the most popular style of beer in the world. And we love that dark nitro beers are gaining in popularity. No longer the token seasonal beer but something that can be enjoyed all year round. Our Brookie Black is fast becoming a cult hero and we’re all for it. Smooth as.

Pale. Bright. Euro Lager.
5.3% The Dortmunder Export style is hard to come by but one we love so much. Crisp and sweet like a Helles lager but with the crunch and bitterness of a Pilsner. There’s something about it that makes it a beer to come back to. 

Mango. Sour. Mid-Strength.
3.5% The fourth version in our Stay Salty range. A mid-strength gose for summer, this time round we've used heaps of fresh mangos in the boil and during secondary fermentation to give this a nice drinkability with tastes of sweet mango cheeks and a little salt, add in a little zing from the sour and you've got a summer smasher.

The sequel to Send It, our limited release unofficial annual collab with a group of our brewer mates. And what do you get when a bunch of brewers go mad with hops? A big, bold flavour that you won't find anywhere else in the country. This is a Pils, but not as you know it.

Malty. Resinous. Dry.
6.4% - Brewed fresh for Sydney Beer Week with the Pro Am Homebrew crew. We were stoked to brew this style - a classic on the Northern Beaches. We've gone super malt heavy, balanced perfectly with an eye watering amount of yakima chief hops. Best drunk by the pint with mates.

Bright. Tropical. Clean.
4.2% - We’ve tweaked our XPA for greater drinkability. Tropical hops giving a big passion fruit & resinous aroma. Clean & dry. Bright not hazy. The way an XPA should be.

Light. Refreshing. Corn Lager. 4.6% - A Mexican style corn lager, a beach beer with a little zing. Brewed with Maize and Vienna malts and citrus hops. Our sundrenched sundowner.

Tropical. Hazy. Goodness. 4.4%. When you brew for your community + they ask for a Pale. You better make sure it’s a banger. Our hazy pale is packed full of citrus and tropical hops, a fluffy tight head and a dry crushable finish

Classic. Bohemian. Pilsner.
5.0% A classic Czech Pilsener brewed the authentic way using floor malted Pilsner, decoction and a heavy amount of Czech Saaz. Fresh as, brewed in Australia. Enjoyed best at the source on a Lukr Sidepour.

Crisp. Clean. Thirst Quencher. 4.2% Clean, crisp and thirst quenching. An Aussie Crisp Lager, an uncomplicated beer for hot days on the Beaches. Finishing dry with a familiar aussie lager hop flavour. Your new favourite thirst quencher.

Clean. Fruity. Pils.
4.4% - Our original freshie beer. Our take on a sunny euro classic. A traditional style with a twist. Our focus on drinkability and some bright hops to lift this Pils to suit the Aussie climate. Soft fluffy head, little bitterness and super refreshing.

Pub. Classic. Mid.
3.8% - Our mid-strength local lager. The pub beer. Nothing fancy but that’s the point. Goes down well, no complications just clean and easy. 

Lemons. Lager. Lovely.
3.5% We've teamed up with our mates from Wilbur's to brew a shandy in time for summer. A small version of our Wedge Cerveza with a little zing from Wilbur's House Lemonade. The result is a super refreshing Shandy.
