Freshwater Brewing is your local independent brewery on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, inspired by sunny days, cold beers and good company.

Our name comes from the spirit of Freshwater itself. The surf, the stories, the salty hair and the simple joy of catching up with mates. We brew beer for those moments. 

Whether you're here for live music, burger specials, Sunday sessions, or just a schooner after a swim at Freshwater Beach, our Brookvale taproom is your home base, built for long afternoons, big celebrations and catch ups with friends and family.

Our beers are crafted for sun-soaked afternoons, with a core range of crisp lagers, juicy hazies and easy-drinking favourites loved across the Northern Beaches. 

From Wedge Cerveza to Freshie XPA, every drop is brewed with balance, freshness and maximum refreshment in mind. 

If you like to mix things up, our limited releases bring seasonal creativity to the tap with sours, collabs and small-batch brews you’ll only find at Freshie.

You’ll also find our beers pouring at local venues and available in cans from our Taproom to take home and enjoy anywhere.
